3. Final Roofing Pricing and Scope
Final pricing can only be determined after CGR Legacy Construction has enough information to evaluate the actual project.
Final pricing may depend on factors including, but not limited to:

- roof pitch and accessibility;
- number of roof levels or sections;
- roof complexity;
- roofing materials selected;
- tear-off requirements;
- number of existing roofing layers;
- decking condition;

Any statements made by CGR regarding visible storm damage or construction needs are construction-side observations and are not insurance coverage determinations.
Customers remain responsible for reviewing their own insurance policy and communicating with their insurance carrier regarding coverage.
7. No Guarantee From Website Content
